The 'Language' of
Words for Communication
Our ability to communicate effectively and work well with others can make or break our relationships, both in our career and personal life. The inability to communicate and poor communication skills have been listed as the top reasons for rejecting job applications and starting arguments.
This is a must for those who want to improve business and personal relationships, become more effective in sales, leadership, and customer service, negotiation, in the classroom and in presentations.
These workshops focus on our 'internal representation system' (IRS). This provides us the best words to communicate to build strong relationships and rapport.
Thinking is such a commonplace activity - we never give it a second thought. Instead of thinking about what we think, we will learn about how we think. We tend to assume that people think in the same manner as we do. They don't!!
