Next: Meeting with top people of an organization asking questions around issues, asking questions of individuals to be involved in the training, and developing a specific program to last for a longer time frame – more effective change

NOW:

Going into an organization, doing a needs analysis with  the top of an organization, then an individual needs analysis with those who are to partake in the training. This determines the gaps that need to be closed. The program is designed loosely, as things will come up to be addressed which allows for flexibilty making the program about them and not about the binder.  Effective change

Successful Bsiness Coaching needs to begin with goals in mind, that enhance and backup  the big picture. Doing an needs assessment keeps a coach centered on success.  These needs assessments provide an overall strategy to move forward, and are done on various levels depending on the size of an organization.
